Mc. Q is a wholesale food packaging and restaurant supply business based in Calgary, Alberta. This policy explains what information we collect through mc-q.ca, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

We collect only the information you send us directly:

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message.
• Order requests: business name, contact name, email, phone, shipping address, and the products you'd like to order.

We do not process payments through this site. We do not collect or store credit card or banking information.

• To respond to your inquiry.
• To prepare a quote or invoice for products you've requested.
• To fulfill and deliver orders.
• To follow up on past orders or inquiries when reasonably related to our business relationship.

When you submit the contact form or place an order, the information is sent to us by email and lives in our inbox — it is not stored in our website database. We use trusted third-party service providers to host our website and deliver email. These providers handle your information only to deliver their services to us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. Our website host may log standard server data (such as IP address, browser type, and request times) for security and operational purposes.

• We don't use Google Analytics or any other tracking service.
• We don't use advertising cookies or marketing pixels.
• We don't sell your information.
• We don't share your information with third parties for marketing.

Our site uses functional browser storage to remember items in your shopping cart while you browse. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies.

We retain email correspondence and order records for as long as we reasonably need them to serve you, and as required by Alberta and Canadian tax and business records law (generally six years for tax records).
